Glad to hear you didn't let those "ins-TIT-utionals" screw you after all. Those "problems" are common with my cel carrier (telcel) ; in the end, you are the costumer and You are (must be ) right !

Well I can't be sure if they saw this video on Amanda UnBoomed. But I KNOW they saw and responded to the Rocketboom anti-Sprint video. They even sent my "refund" letter to hello@rocketboom.com. The power of this medium is constantly astounding me...
